Lacrosse New Brunswick is looking for Head Coaches for the provincial boys and girls teams for the upcoming 2012 National Championships.  We require coaches for boys Pee Wee, Bantam, MIdget, and girls, Bantam and Midget teams.

Please forward your coaches resume, indicate which team you would be interested in coaching and if available a team staff if available.  This information should be forward to davehigdon@rogers.com by September 30th.

Moncton Mavericks lose this afternoon in the third game and the series to the Southwest Halifax Hurricanes.  We would like to congratulate the Moncton Mavericks on their successful season and look forward to the next year's season.

Moncton Mavericks lose the second game of the three game series 8-7 in Moncton.  Final game tomorrow afternoon in Spryfield.

Moncton Mavericks win the first game of three game series 9-8 in Spryfield.  Next game this Saturday in Moncton.

Congratulations to Moncton Mavericks which placed third in the East Coast Junior Lacrosse League with a record 8-7-1.  They will now face the second place Halifax Southwest Hurricanes in a best of three series starting on July 13 in Spryfield, N.S. at 8:30. The next game will be on Saturday at 4:00 pm at the Kay Arena.  If a third game is required it will be held on Sunday in Halifax.

Also three Moncton Maverick players were named to the league's all-star team.  They are Ricky Canning, Rob Diamond and Tim Jay.  This year's co-coaches Gary Wallace and Gary Aguinaga were both named as Coach of the Year award by the league.
